Teen Leadership Camp

This two-week program blends all the excitement of camp life with meaningful leadership training. Teen participants will strengthen their communication, organization, and programming skills through a variety of engaging camp experiences. Campers will work collaboratively to build confidence, take on responsibility, and explore social issues that matter to them. With hands-on training at Rady Day Camp, teens will learn how to plan and lead events from start to finish while still enjoying the freedom to be a teen. This program offers a positive summer filled with growth, friendship, fun, and rewarding challenges. Campers will help design their two-week adventure by selecting from a wide variety of themes.

• Leadership and team-building activities
• Community service projects
• Hands-on training with younger campers at Rady Day Camp
• Biking and nature adventures
• Art, robotics, and specialty theme activities
• Executive cooking
• Sports, wall climbing, swimming, horseback riding and water park adventures
• CSI experiences and a mystery field trip

Campers will help shape the two-week experience through activities such as leadership challenges, community service, mentoring younger campers, specialty themes which can include outdoor adventures, sports, cooking, wall climbing and exciting field trips. This camp empowers teens to grow as leaders while creating lasting friendships and unforgettable summer memories.
