Welcome to Women Through the Ages, a bold and breakthrough initiative at the Rady JCC, designed by women for women. It is truly unlike anything else currently offered in Winnipeg.

Thanks to the generous support of a Women’s Endowment Fund Grant through the Jewish Foundation of Manitoba, we’ve created a dynamic and one-of-a-kind fitness platform that meets women where they are. From brand-new moms to wise and vibrant babas, this program empowers women through every phase of life.

This isn’t just fitness.

This is about health, confidence, and community.

Led by Rady JCC Master Trainer Lindsey Gudbjartson, a true innovator in women’s fitness, and supported by a team of passionate professionals, this five-week series was created right here at the Rady JCC.

You won’t find anything like it anywhere else in the city.

We recognized a critical gap in Winnipeg’s fitness and wellness landscape, especially when it comes to safe, effective, and personalized programming for Jewish women of all ages.

This new suite of programs bridges that gap, addressing the real health needs around prenatal fitness, pelvic floor health, menopause, and osteoporosis with expert care and a lot of heart.

Through this grant, we’ve also trained our team with top-tier certifications and secured the proper equipment to bring you fun, functional, and cutting-edge programming that supports long-term health and wellness.

From gentle yoga and breathwork to impact training and strength sessions, Women Through the Ages is your safe, supportive, and powerful place to grow stronger, together.

With expert guidance, proper training, and specialized equipment, we’re offering a platform of programming that supports real-life needs: prenatal fitness, pelvic floor health, midlife strength, and osteoporosis-safe movement.

Join us for this energizing prenatal program designed to help you move safely, stay strong, and build a support system with other moms to be.

Set in the heart of the gym, this six-week program is all about connection, confidence, and core strength with expert guidance and a whole lot of fun.

Please note you must have physician clearance and a completed Pregnancy-Par Q.
