Triple F is all about bringing kids and young teens from the inclusion and adaptation community together for a fun-filled experience they will not forget.
From swimming and dancing to games, music, and group activities, every moment is designed to help participants stay active, make new friends, and feel confident just being themselves. It is the perfect mix of energy, independence, and pure joy in a safe and welcoming space.
Please note: If your child requires one-to-one support, families are asked to provide an aide for the session.

From swimming and group games to dancing, music, and more, this program is all about movement, independence, and building friendships in a supportive and welcoming environment. Come as you are, try something new, and enjoy a space where everyone belongs.

This program is all about confidence, community, and feeling great while staying active in a welcoming and inclusive space.
Enjoy a full day of swimming, dancing, group games, music, and movement designed to get your body moving and your spirits high. Whether you’re coming with friends or hoping to meet new ones, Triple F offers a safe and supportive space to be yourself, build independence, and have a blast.

Drama Class for Adults

Step into the spotlight and let your creativity shine!
This fun and supportive drama class is designed for adults in the inclusion and adaptation community who want to express themselves, build confidence, and connect with others through the magic of theatre.
Led by a certified instructor, participants will explore acting, movement, and storytelling while working together to create exciting projects and performances. It is all about having fun, building social skills, and discovering the joy of performing in a group setting where everyone belongs.
No experience needed! Just bring your imagination and get ready to take the stage!
