Children’s Department Assistant
(Part-Time Term Position)


The Rady JCC is currently seeking a dynamic individual to join its team as a part-time Children’s Department Assistant for a term position from September 2026 to June 2027.

This position requires availability on most Sundays, some Saturday evenings, and once mid-week. The candidate should also be 18+ years of age.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and execute the majority of Rady children’s programs over the weekends, including but not limited to Rady Family Fun Zone, Rady Birthday Parties, Strictly Tweens, and Kids at the J 
  • Effectively manage the Rady Children’s Department staff
  • Be present at the Rady JCC on the weekends during all children’s programming
  • Supervise and execute other weekend programs as directed
  • Act as the primary contact for scheduling Rady-planned weekend birthday parties
  • Communicate with parents of Children’s Department program participants as needed

Children’s Department Staff
(Part-Time, Multiple Positions)


The Rady JCC is currently seeking a number of dynamic individuals to join its team as part-time Children’s Department Staff for term positions from September 2026 to June 2027.

These positions require availability on most Sundays and some Saturday evenings. Candidates should be 16+ years of age.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the execution of Rady children’s programs over the weekends, including but not limited to Rady Family Fun Zone, Rady Birthday Parties, Strictly Tweens, and Kids at the J 
  • Be present at the Rady JCC on the weekends during all children’s programming
  • Communicate with parents of Children’s Department program participants as needed

Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)


The Rady JCC is currently seeking a self-motivated and Registered Massage Therapist who wants to grow their practice in a welcoming community.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Must be registered and a member in good standing with the MTAM
  • Massage Therapy Diploma
  • Experience working with different clients (ages, conditions)
  • Specialize in different types of massage modalities (i.e. Swedish, deep-tissue, sports etc.)
  • Experience in maintaining accurate client records
  • Have liability insurance

Aquatics Coordinator (Part-Time)


The Rady JCC is looking for an Aquatics Coordinator to assist the day-to-day operation of our aquatic center, supervising aquatic programming which serves over 4000 participants annually, training and scheduling of staff and guarding as needed. This position is part time, with the successful hire working 
25 hours/week.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Lifesaving Society National Lifeguard 
  • Lifesaving Society Lifesaving Instructor
  • Standard/Intermediate First Aid or Aquatic Emergency Care
  • Lifesaving Instructor Trainer would be an asset
  • National Lifeguard Instructor would be an asset
  • Demonstrated leadership ability

Member Services Representative (MSR) – Part-Time


The Rady JCC is seeking an outgoing and customer-focused part-time Member Services Representative (MSR) to join our team. The MSR acts as the public face of the Rady JCC. They are the first person seen by Rady Members entering the facility and the last person seen when members leave.

The part-time MSR works the membership and sports desks serving Rady Members, guests, and program participants ensuring exceptional customer service in a welcoming, friendly, and efficient manner. The MSR will also deliver exceptional internal customer service to Rady JCC staff in other departments.

General Duties and Responsibilities Overview

  • Providing exceptional customer service by greeting and serving Rady Members, guests, and program participants in a welcoming, friendly, and efficient manner
  • Learning simple database processes required to serve membership needs
  • Listening to the customers’ needs to better understand their requests
  • Answering phone calls in a courteous and pleasant manner
  • Following up with customer requests, questions, and concerns by finding out the correct information or forwarding to a supervisor or the Membership Manager
