Membership Policies
At the Rady, we’re proud to foster a space where everyone feels respected, safe, and welcome - on every visit, in every space, at every stage of life.
To help ensure that experience for all Rady members, guests, and staff, we have a number of policies in place that outline how the Rady operates. Whether you’re looking to learn more about guest passes, facility access, membership holds, or community conduct, you’ll find everything you need to know right here.
These guidelines are in place to support a positive, inclusive, and fair environment for all, and we thank you for being part of what makes the Rady community so strong.

Loss of Rady Membership
At the Rady JCC, we are proud to provide a safe, respectful, and harassment-free environment for all Rady members, program participants, and staff.
We are committed to offering high-quality service in a space where everyone is treated with dignity. As a valued member, you can expect to be treated with courtesy and respect — and we ask for the same in return. Any form of verbal abuse, including threats or insults, may result in a refusal of service.
The Rady JCC reserves the right to cancel any membership without refund for reasons including, but not limited to:
• Damage to or destruction of Rady JCC property
• Theft
• Failure to follow safety procedures
• Inappropriate or disruptive behavior
• Fighting or physical altercations
• Verbal abuse or use of profanity
• Non-payment of membership fees
• Violation of any Rady JCC policies
Members must also apply for the appropriate membership category based on age and marital status. If it is found that a member does not meet the eligibility criteria for the category they applied for, their membership may be revoked without refund.
Thank you for helping us maintain a welcoming and respectful community for all.
