Whether you are just starting out on your new fitness journey, or are a seasoned gym pro looking to take your gains to the next level, our trainers can cater to your specialized needs and abilities, and design a program just for you. Several of our trainers have also attained a “Master Trainer” designation and offer even more specialized advice and experience to help craft your workout plan.

Are you having trouble fitting the gym into your schedule? There are trainers on staff from morning until night, every day the Rady JCC is open. We also offer training sessions for you and a partner to get fit together.
