This is the friendliest gym or exercise class I have ever been to! The trainers all know my capabilities and when to push me and the atmosphere is supportive and fun. I never thought I would enjoy strength training and sweating so much.

The entire Rady is meticulously clean and each class is organized and fast paced. All the trainers are extremely knowledgeable about nutrition and fitness. They make sure your form is correct and are happy to make any modifications when necessary.
I’ve been a member of the Rady for about nine months now and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made. The gym has top of the line equipment, the staff are amazing, the community is supportive, and the workouts certainly make you sweat. There’s also a wide variety of options which meets individual preferences.
