Each year, we are excited to present a program of fantastic Canadian and international films including several premiere screenings. The films we have chosen encompass the joy, pain, humour, richness, and creativity of the Jewish experience. Storytelling is at the heart of Jewish culture. And, like you, we are passionate about the power of film to inspire, educate, entertain, spark conversations and build bridges within and outside of the Jewish community. We know that you’ll enjoy watching these exceptional films – dramas, comedies, docs, and musicals – together on the large screen.

Venues
Most screenings are held at the Berney Theatre at the Rady JCC, 123 Doncaster Street, but each year we hold special screenings around the Winnipeg community. In 2025, we hosted a special wine & cheese reception, followed by a film screening at Centre Culturel Franco-Manitobain, and an evening of delightful short films, “Shorts on Sherbrooke” at the Handsome Daughter, a live music venue and bar in the Wolesley neighbourhood.
