Two for Tu B’Shevat!
Winter may still be here, but spring energy is already in the air.
As we start to see an end to this never-ending deep freeze, join us for two fun and feel good Tu B’Shevat events that celebrate nature, renewal, and the simple joy of doing something hands-on together.
One event, Tu B’Shevat Together, is designed for families, and the other, Tu B’Shevat Flower Pot Painting, is just for adults, and both are about slowing down, getting creative, and shaking off a little winter blah.
>>>> Expect planting and lots of smiles.
These gatherings are a chance to step away from the everyday and spend time connecting with each other, and with the hopeful feeling that brighter days are ahead.
>>>> Everyone is welcome.
These events are open to individuals and families from all backgrounds. You do not need any prior experience or knowledge. If you love being outdoors, enjoy learning something new, or just want to do something different and fun, you will fit right in.
>>>> Wait, wait. What is Tu B’Shevat?
Tu B’Shevat is often called the birthday of the trees. It is a Jewish celebration focused on nature, growth, and renewal.
It is a time to plant, to reflect on our connection to the world around us, and to look ahead to spring, even while winter is still hanging on.
>>>> We will bring the activities. You just bring yourself. Details below.
