Krav Maga, which translates directly to ‘contact combat’ from Hebrew, is a self-defence system that originated in Israel and is designed to be practical and effective in real-world situations. It is a simple, aggressive, and intuitive fighting system that combines techniques from other martial arts and combat sports.
