With expert guidance, proper training, and specialized equipment, we’re offering a platform of programming that supports real-life needs: prenatal fitness, pelvic floor health, midlife strength, and osteoporosis-safe movement.
These classes are smart, supportive, and designed to meet you where you are, with other women walking a similar path.
Thanks to the generous support of a Women’s Endowment Fund Grant through the Jewish Foundation of Manitoba, Women through the Ages is programming designed specifically for all women, from new moms to grandmothers, these classes focus on strength, safety, and feeling your absolute best.
