With expert guidance, proper training, and specialized equipment, we’re offering a suite of classes that support real-life needs: prenatal fitness, pelvic floor health, menopausal transition and strength, and osteoporosis-safe movement.
Created and designed by Rady Master Trainer Lindsey Gudbjartson, these classes were built from the ground up right here at the Rady. These classes are smart, supportive, and designed to meet you where you are, with other women walking a similar path.
