It’s almost time for Winnipeg’s Premier Jazz Series
In just six weeks, Grammy-winning vocal ensemble, New York Voices, will take the stage at the Berney Theatre, and kick off the new season of the Izzy Asper Jazz Performances.
This series, now in its 27th year, has brought the very best voices from around the world to Winnipeg, and our upcoming season may be our very best lineup to date!
From the opening notes of New York Voices, who are appearing in Winnipeg as part of their Grand Finale tour, to a limited, one-night only engagement by Jane Monheit, who is sure to bring down the house in the Desautels Concert Hall, to an evening of virtuoso jazz guitar excellence by Peter Bernstein - whatever your favourite flavour of jazz - you’re going to have the time of your life.

To wrap up the season, a virtuoso jazz performance from one of the world’s best.
One of the most sought-after players in jazz brings a must-see solo performance to the Berney theatre.
Peter Bernstein has performed alongside some of jazz’s biggest names, including Jimmy Cobb, Diana Kroll, and Sonny Rollins. In March of next year, the Winnipeg audience will experience his deep repetoire of jazz favourites, delivered with a signature style that’s all his own.
