We are thrilled to tell you that our very own Rady instructor Lindsey is bringing back her customized fitness class she created for new moms looking to get back into the gym.



And best of all? She wants you to bring your baby along.



Here, you will work through various cardio and strength exercises geared toward your post-natal recovery and rebalance. 



This class is not like other parent and baby class. While other post-natal programs engage both parent and baby, this class focuses solely on you, the parent.



So come and get a total body workout with your baby safely by your side.
