Mission Statement
The Rose and Max Rady Jewish Community Centre is a not-for-profit community agency providing a broad range of programs and services for all age groups to meet the diverse needs of its members, the Jewish community, and the community-at-large. Programs include cultural, social, educational, health, fitness, and recreational activities for all age groups, from infant to older adult.

Through its wide array of programs, the Centre strengthens the individual, the family, and the community. Membership is open to all, and services are offered to both the Jewish and general communities.

Persons of all ages with a disability or special need are encouraged to participate in programs and services offered.

In striving to accomplish its mission, the Rady JCC has set the following goals:

1. To enhance the physical, spiritual, emotional, social and intellectual growth of individuals,
2. To strengthen the family and assist it to develop positive Jewish identity,
3. To demonstrate a commitment to the inclusion of persons of all ages and abilities,
4. To reflect a commitment to a renaissance of Jewish culture,
5. To serve the needs of the entire community in a manner consistent with Jewish values,
6. To work for the betterment of humanity, in particular, by providing outreach programs to populations in need.
