Work-out Cards
Ask any of the Fitness and Health Instructors to give you a workout card to track your progress every day you work out.

Exercise Handouts
Various handouts are available from the Fitness and Health Instructors, from stretching and low back exercises to strengthening the shoulder joint. Handouts include pictures and descriptions and are free. Please see one of the Fitness and Health Instructors for more details.

Blood Pressure Check
Rady JCC Fitness and Health Instructors will be happy to check your blood pressure when you are at the Centre.

Individual Program Setup
If you are aware of your fitness level and do not feel the need for an assessment, our professionals will design an exercise program to help you reach your fitness goals. You will learn about:
  • how to effectively get the most out of your workout
  • stretching methods
  • proper body alignment
  • safety considerations
  • injury prevention
  • specific exercise techniques
