Personal Training
Achieving your fitness goals can be an intimidating task. Personal Training can make physical activity more enjoyable and effective. Whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle or rehabilitate an injury, one of our qualified Personal Trainers can design a safe and effective program to help you achieve your goals. Some of the benefits of having a Personal Trainer include:

About our Personal Trainers
Rady JCC Personal Trainers are degreed professionals and Certified Fitness Consultants with additional certifications from the Manitoba Fitness Council. In addition to these qualifications, our Personal Trainers are knowledgeable in various areas such as athlete training, pre and post natal exercise, injury rehabilitation and functional training. The Rady JCC Personal Trainers also have experience working with a variety of medical conditions such as arthritis, osteoporosis, cancer, cardiac disease, and diabetes. All Personal Trainers maintain current CPR and 1st Aid and are exclusive to Rady JCC members.

Personal Training Options
Starter Package - a one time offer that provides the client with a fitness assessment and 3- one hour Personal Training sessions. A great way to begin if you are unsure of your fitness level, prefer having numbers to help chart your progress or are or are looking to redesign your program.

Individual Training - if you already have a good idea of your fitness level, you may choose to meet with a trainer to determine goals and program design.

Partner Training - the added motivational benefit of training with a friend or family member! Partner training works best when two people are similar in ability and fitness levels.

Teen Training - training for our younger members ages 12-17. There is an initial meeting between the Personal Trainer, the youth and at least one parent to review expectations and goals.
